Are you working with your own stand construction company? You can book all services and options for your stand equipment via the exhibitor area. The booking options are available in time before the event.

Assembly (Exhibitors or newcomers with rental exhibition stand):

Dismantling
Sunday, 2 March 2025: 16:00 – 24:00
Monday, 3 March 2025: 00:00 – 24:00

The organizer will be entitled to use for another purpose any exhibition areas on which assembly has not yet begun by 15:00 of the last assembly day, Wednesday, 26 February 2025. In this case, the organizer will have the right to charge the resulting costs to the exhibitor.
Access to the halls during the periods for assembly and dismantling is only possible with special passes. Please note that these passes are invalid outside the specified periods.
Important notice: Please note that smoking is generally prohibited in the entire exhibition halls. Smoking is only permitted in specially marked areas.
