Registration for AIRSOFT Shooting Range & Product Placement at the AIRSOFT Shooting Parkour

Participation
All exhibitors of IWA OutdoorClassics 2025 confirmed by NürnbergMesse with products suitable for use in the Airsoft Shooting Parkour can participate. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. The number of participants is limited by the respective stand capacitites available. This cannot be construed as a legal claim to participation.

Authorised products
The following products from the Airsoft product range can be submitted:

• Airsoft guns with a bullet energy Eo of less than 1.5 joules; fully automatic airsoft guns are not permitted in the parkour
• Weapon attachments such as optics (the possibilities are checked in advance by our partner)
• Protective equipment in standard sizes such as protective eyewear (the suitability for testing in parkour will be checked in advance by our partner)
• One-size-fits-all equipment such as backpacks (the suitability for parkour testing is checked in advance by our partner)

Non-authorised exhibited products
Prohibited weapons and objects’ (according to the German Weapons Act) are not authorised.

Registration deadline 
The registration deadline for participation in the Airsoft Shooting Parkour is 1 January 2025 (CET). Registrations received after this date will not be considered.

Use of submitted products
The submitted products will be given to our partner ‘Airsoft Helden’ for use and sent in advance for a product photo shoot. The company Airsoft Helden GmbH will contact you in advance for the exact coordination. During the trade fair, visitors will have the opportunity to test the products live in the parkour. Traces of use or defects in the products can therefore not be ruled out.

Security
During the trade fair, the products exhibited in the special area will be stored by our partner and issued to participants for use in the parkour. The area will be guarded at night. This security does not affect the liability provisions set out in Item 19 of the General Terms of Participation for Trade Fairs and Exhibitions.

Return after the end of the fair
The return of the exhibits by the exhibitor can be discussed in advance with our co-operation partner.

Protective rights
We would like to draw your attention to the possibility of having your novelty protected against imitation for 6 months. Trade fair priority has been applied for at the Federal Ministry of Justice. The priority certificate secures certain industrial property rights until registration at the patent office in Germany and abroad. Please contact the project management during the trade fair.

Communication and publication
All products submitted may be published as part of NürnbergMesse's communications. However, there is no entitlement to publication. By participating, each participant agrees that his or her company may be named. Each participant grants NürnbergMesse the right to use his submitted data and content (e.g. photos, graphics, descriptions, etc.) free of charge for the purpose of this competition, for presentation in the relevant media and for reporting on the AIRSOFT Shooting Area in all media. Participants indemnify NürnbergMesse against all third-party claims made in connection with the products submitted for the competition, including the costs of legal defence. Legal recourse is excluded.
In addition, the General Conditions of Participation for Trade Fairs and Exhibitions and the Special Conditions of Participation of the IWA OutdoorClassics 2025 trade fair for exhibitors and newcomers (www.iwa.info/en/exhibit/plan-your-stand/regulations) including the data protection declaration (www.iwa.info/en/data-protection) apply in particular. By registering for the product placement in the Airsoft Shooting Parkour by Airsoft Helden, the participant recognises the above-mentioned guidelines and conditions in all points.

NürnbergMesse provides each participant with a shooting range for the duration of the exhibition (incl. stand construction, electricity, lighting).
The stand will be handed over on the last set-up day from 4 pm. The participant is the owner of this shooting range and is responsible for providing trained personnel, weapons, ammunition, targets and face protection. NürnbergMesse will pay any fees incurred for authorisation from the City of Nuremberg.

As the shooting range operator, the participant guarantees the safety of visitors and undertakes to take out liability insurance with appropriate cover. He shall indemnify NürnbergMesse GmbH against any claims by third persons in connection with the operation of the Airsoft Shooting Range. In addition, the Shooting Range Guidelines, the General and Special Terms of Participation for Fairs and Exhibitions (www.iwa.info/en/exhibit/plan-your-stand/regulations) including the Data Protection Declaration (www.iwa.info/en/data-protection) apply in particular.

By registering for participation in the Airsoft Shooting Range, the participant recognises the above-mentioned guidelines and conditions in all points and must in particular ensure compliance with the shooting range guidelines.
