Art Gladius S.L.U.

Established in 1986 by Mariano Jiménez Carretero, it began its journey in the town of Camarenilla, 20km far from Toledo. For almost 40 years we have been designing and manufacturing our own models, based on historical studies and reproductions of items found in museums, as well as other fantasy ones.

We make all kinds of swords as well as shields and armor, all quality craftsmanship made by our team of professional craftsmen.

Our clients range from collectors to decorators, including costumes and props for theater and film. We have prestigiously carried the name of ART GLADIUS and Toledo to many countries around the world.

Nations of the World are charged with the obligation to maintain traditions and skills of workmanship. ART GLADIUS continues to keep alive Toledo's Swordscraftmanship that gave the city its universal fame.
