The SKS is a Soviet semi-automatic carbine designed by Sergei Gavrilovich Simonov in 1943. Chambered for the 7.62×39mm round, it features a gas-operated system with a tilting bolt and a fixed 10-round magazine, typically loaded using stripper clips. Notable for its attached folding bayonet, the SKS was adopted by the Soviet Union in 1945 as a standard post-World War II carbine. Although it was gradually replaced by the AK-47 in the 1950s, the SKS remained in service for decades and continues to be used ceremonially. Its robust design and reliability have made it popular in civilian markets worldwide.
We have developed an Airsoft Electric Gun (AEG) version of the SKS, striving to preserve the authentic disassembly method of the original firearm. The bolt is functional, and the model includes a bayonet. However, for safety considerations, the bayonet is made of nylon.
